Our story

A family recipe, an Alaska winter, one very hot griddle

We started with one sandwich — the Original Pineapple Teriyaki Cheesesteak — a family recipe we could not stop making for friends. Ribeye shaved thin, bacon, sweet pineapple, peppers and onions cooked down on the flat top until the cheese melts into every corner of the hoagie.

Today that recipe rolls all over the Interior. We serve the lunch rush, brewery nights, Highland Games, and everything in between — 40 below or 80 above, the griddle is on.
